With over twenty-five years of service in law enforcement in local, state, national, and international cases, he brings a firsthand view the general population faces. Of those who are tasked with keeping us safe and those and those who are actively us many are noit5 acknowledged.During that period, he worked as a Deputy Sherriff District Attorney Criminal Investigator, U.S. Marshals Service and an F.B.I. task force member. He was also a member of the JTTF or Joint Terrorism Task Force Member.
Dr. Ballinger holds a Ph. D.in political science from the University of Southern California with a focus on Comparative studies, Latin American, and International Studies. PH.D. dissertation focus Narco-Insurgency. Additionally, he holds a Master in management at the Garvin school of international management, Thunderbird. A tripartite curriculum of language, business, and international business.
Dr. Ballinger is a licensed California private investigator in the state of California with worldwide capabilitiesDr. Ballinger as both a former sworn police officer and District Attorney focused on undercover investigations. One of Ballinger’s most significant accomplishments was serving on the nation’s first sexual assault felony enforcement team which targeted sexual predators. In that capacity the task force made over two hundred arrests in its first year of operations. Asa a member of the FBI’s violent fugitive task force Ballinger worked local, natrio0nal, and international cases calling on the assistance of many of the three letter agencies.
